Occupy LA takes part in N17, the National Day of Protest on November 17, 2011 which marked the 2 month anniversary of the Occupy movement.

Occupy Los Angeles protesters were joined by labor unions and hundreds of citizens on the National Day of Protest, known as N17, in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street in New York. Protesters marched through downtown Los Angeles' financial district. Protesters linked arms after occupying the Bank of America with tents and then cheered wildly after a 20 minute standoff with police ended when police backed away.
