Asylum seekers from Central America who traveled through Mexico to the US border listen to lawyers & legal advisors from Al Otro Lado at Deportivo Benito Juarez in Tijuana. The sports facility was turned into a migrant shelter.

Migrants fleeing Central America and parts of Southern Mexico traveled nearly a month before arriving in Tijuana, Mexico where they were placed in shelters. The migrants planned to ask for asylum while presenting themselves to authorities at the US Port of Entry at San Ysidro, CA.
