GREENVILLE, MS - September 3, 2005: Dr. Ronald Myers, dealing with the Hurricane Katrina crisis professionally and personally, checks on Katrina evacuees in Greenville, Mississippi on September 3, 2005. As a doctor and advocate for the poor, he is treating evacuees from New Orleans and other parts of Louisiana and Mississippi in shelters and at homes where the evacuees have taken up residence.
