Locals hang out in the part of Augusta, Georgia rarely seen when the world tunes into the Masters golf tournament. Butler Nero, on crutches, Charles Hill, hooded sweatshirt and Robert Frederick, drink beer and talk about their neighborhood. Nero used to work at Augusta as part of a cleaning company that shampooed the carpets. Despite Augusta National's proximity to them, the three feel little connection to the world's most prestigious golf club.
