US Mexico border rancher Sonny Wipff repairs fence allegedly cut by smugglers navigating through his property from nearby Piedras Negras, Mexico.

Sonny Wipff of Eagle Pass, Texas, repairs fence cut the night before allegedly by smugglers. Sonny's herd faces quarantine if any of the cattle escape his ranch. After 115 yrs of working the ranch near the US Mexico border, his family is moving out to get away from the problems of smugglers.
