The First Tee of Monterey County opens the door to golf, as well as academic tutoring, to many underprivileged kids of Salinas, CA, like Jose Calderon. Jose's father, Alberto, and mother, Josefina, work the nearby fields and Jose's two brothers often with Jose at the First Tee.
