Portraits of Fredrick Kotto
Former San Jose Police Officer Fredrick Kotto saved a woman from being robbed on a BART train. Kotto was off duty and en route to San Francisco with his Fiance to obtain their marriage license when he stepped-in to confront a suspect attempting to rob a woman on the train.
